CIRCLES - Congestion Impacts Reduction via CAV-in-the-loop Lagrangian Energy Smoothing
Cross-disciplinary research project with UC Berkeley, Vanderbilt University, Rutgers University, Toyota, and a consortium of collaborators and partners, devoted to developing technologies to use a few automated vehicles as Lagrangian controllers to smooth traffic flow and reduce the energy impact of all vehicles on the road.
